It is a water activity that consists of rowing on a paddle surf board while standing on it and with the help of a single paddle. On a physical level, Paddle Surf is a very complete sport, it works the whole body, both the upper and lower parts. It is easy to learn and no special physical abilities are needed. In classes I am with you throughout the session and I not only teach you techniques but I also help you to have confidence in the sea. It can be done at a slower pace or surfing the waves.
It takes place on the sea with paddle surf boards. Mainly on Barceloneta beach and Bogatell beach, usually we collaborate with paddle surf schools. Nowadays we are collaborating with Club Pati Vela Barcelona, close to Hotel Arts.
You must bring a swimsuit, sunscreen and clothes to change. In the centers you can shower and store your bag with clothes. The paddle surf board, paddle and life jacket is included in the price.
To start, I will teach you the techniques of Stand Up Paddle from the beginner level, so anyone can do it.
15 minutes on land and 60 in water.
